Step 1 - Perform Custom-Chosen Assessments

Coach Bev’s goal is to get you to meaningful, purposeful work. To do this, she starts out by selecting a custom set of powerful assessment tools specific to your goals and needs.

Step 2 - Identify Your Talents & Skills

Other than having to quick-update your resume, have you ever taken the time to reflect on your job experience, including the roles you’ve played and positions you’ve filled, to reflect on how those experiences developed your skills? That is exactly what you’ll be doing in this step with Coach Bev.

Step 3 - Take an Inventory of ALL of Your Experience

In this step, Coach Bev will ask you to dig deep and bring forward ALL of your experience, whether paid or otherwise. Everything is of value here. The task here is to identify common threads that run through your experience including volunteer work.

Step 4 - Inventory Your Skills, One By One

When it comes to your work life, your skills are your tools. This step is about naming and documenting every single skill that contributes to your toolbox of skills. In this step, Coach Bev will help you identify everything about you that can bring value.

Step 5 - Identify Your Core Values and Beliefs

How do you respond when someone asks you what you enjoy doing? How do you respond when someone asks you what you believe in and what you value? These are the questions asked and answered in Step 5.

Step 6 - Define Your Dream Job, Your Passion

Finally! The most exciting step of all! The most coveted knowledge of knowing (can we say it?) your purpose on earth! That thing that you were born to do!
